Over years of managing work from early entitlements through highly custom construction, she has developed a reputation for strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a calm, organized presence that keeps teams aligned and projects moving forward with efficiency and consistency.

She excels at uniting teams, anticipating challenges, and providing the structure needed to keep design intent, client priorities, and field execution working in harmony. Kristen is dedicated to delivering an outstanding client experience. She prioritizes clear communication, thoughtful planning, and proactive problem solving to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the building process.

Her hands-on approach brings with it an innate respect for the people who bring a project to life. Kristen believes the energy invested in building a space stays with it long after construction is complete, and she works continuously to promote a positive, safe jobsite rooted in professionalism, collaboration, and the celebration of craft.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from San José State University, a Construction Management Certificate from Sonoma State University, and OSHA-30 Construction Safety and Health Certification.
